The chapel is beautifully located in the Altweert district and surrounded by greenery. It is a substantial three-sided closed chapel with a trefoil and a gable. In 1978, the chapel was thoroughly restored.

The Sint Teunis Chapel, also known as the St.-Antonius Chapel, is located in the Altweert district of Weert. The chapel is a national monument. The brick chapel was built in 1723 and was largely rebuilt in 1826.
