They make not only the ordinary cheeses (young, slightly matured, matured, old) but also all kinds of herb cheeses: mustard, Italian, Mexican, truffle, garlic/onion, pepper, nettle, chives, honey/clover, fenugreek, pesto, summer cheese). The store is equipped with a terrace where you can enjoy and relax during a bike/walking trip, with a view to a wide area. This while the cows graze around you. They serve on the terrace a small menu with coffee, soft drinks, flan, sandwiches and various cheese boards. Toilet available.
